These terms apply when you buy training courses from Water District Bill, LLC ("we," "us") at waterdistrictbill.com/training.
1. What you're buying
Each purchase is for one or more seats in self-paced online courses. One seat lets one learner take one course. Courses are delivered on our course platform partner's site, MyDeskCoach; learners create a free account there when they open their enrollment link.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars, as shown on the training page and in your cart. Orders of 5 or more seats receive 15% off, applied automatically at checkout. You pay by card through Stripe when you place the order; we never receive or store your card number. Districts that need to pay by invoice can request an invoice or quote by email, or call us, before ordering.
3. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we email a receipt and one single-use enrollment link per seat to the email address you entered at checkout. Forward each link to the person who will take the course. If the links haven't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.
4. How long links and access last
- An enrollment link must be opened within 12 months of purchase.
- Once a learner opens their link and starts, they have 12 months of access to that course.
- Each link works once and enrolls one learner. Until it's opened, you can give it to someone else.
5. Refunds
- Unopened seats can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your order number and which seats you want refunded.
- Opened seats: once a learner has opened their link and started, that seat has been used and is not refundable.
- Refunds go back to the card used, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Please don't use a refunded seat's link.
6. Using the courses
Course materials are for the learner's own training. Please don't copy, resell or share course content or accounts. A certificate or completion record shows that a learner completed a course; it is not a license or certification issued by any government agency.
7. Changes to courses
We may update course content to keep it current. If a course you bought is withdrawn before a seat is opened, we'll refund that seat.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sandoval County, New Mexico.
