Who this course is for
New and experienced billing clerks at water districts, associations and small utilities, and anyone who covers the billing desk when the clerk is out.
What you’ll be able to do
Run the full account lifecycle from new connection to delinquency, apply rate schedules and the timing rule correctly, handle payments and oldest-first (FIFO) payment application, and answer customer billing questions with confidence.
The capstone (BC-08): after seven modules of preparation, you work real customer-question scenarios and learn exactly where to find the answers in the ledger.
